How to answer Question 3 Speaking - TOEFL.

NOTES from the reading :

1- write down the change, plan, proposal from the READING
2- write down the 1st point ( this is usually the 1st reason why is the change)
3- write down the 2nd point

Notes from the student's Opinion:

1. write down if the Woman or Man Agrees or Disagrees.

Notes from the student's Reasons:

1- write down the student's 1st Reason with details why the student believes this is a good a bad idea.
2- Write down the student's 2nd Reason with details of why he or she thinks this is a good or a bad idea

Example:

Notes from the Reading part:

1-  The University plans to......./ The student's letter propose that...
2- (point 1)
3- (point 2) 
You don't need to mention point 1 and 2 but you are going to use this information to explain the reasons why the student agrees or disagrees with the plan.

Notes from the student's opinion:

1- The MAN/ WOMAN agrees or disagrees...

Notes from the student's reasons.

1- The first reason is the ...OR First, (mention the reason)
     Mention the details why the student likes or dislikes this plan.

2- The second reason is...Or you can just Say the reason.
     Details
