When you are taking the test, you don't have too much time to organize your notes from readings and lectures so it's a good idea to set up your paper before the speaking sections begin.
When you return from your break, you should seat and start organizing your paper. ( one paper is enough)
Let show you how but remember It doesn't have to be perfect, just keep in mind that the organization is key to do good in the test.
1- let's imagine this is the paper you are giving during the test.
2- Fold your paper in half
3- This part of the paper is for question 1, 2 and 3. This is how I organized my notes. As I said, it doesn't have to be perfect but you should try to do this before the speaking section begins. I did this when I was listening to the instructions of the speaking section.
4- This part is for question 4, I tried other ways to organize my notes but this way was the best because I could see the reading and link that information to the lecture.
5- Question 5 also has a whole half page because there are several notes from the student, such as the problem, and then the solutions. At the bottom of the page, it's the most important part which is your choice for the best solution in your opinion. Always answer the question "Why" by giving reasons that are related to the solutions.
6- Finally, the last question. I found it easier to take notes separating the definition and the classification next to each other like in the picture below.
